Derrick Rose is out yet again with another injury that require knee surgery, maybe it’s time to hang them up and just be a coach.

Suggested Plays for NBA 2/25/15:

Brandon Knight- There’s a ton of options on the night and I really like BK to light up the stat sheet tonight. He’s averaging 31.8 minutes a game and 30.9 FPPG. He gets a terrific matchup against Denver who seemingly have given up on the season and you couple that with giving up an average of 48.0 FP to Point Guards, BK could be in store for a great night.

Mike Conley- He has himself a great matchup against the Kings tonight. He’s averaging right at 31 minutes per game and nearly 30 FPPG. Sacramento is giving up 47.6 FP to Point Guards on the season and over their last 7 games they have given up 50.6 FP. Conley could cash in for us tonight.

Other PG Plays: Langston Galloway, Damian Lillard, Jeff Teague, Mo Williams, Ricky Rubio

Teams To Target PGs Against:

Lakers allow 46.83 FP

Timberwolves allow 43.63 FP

Kings allow 43.44 FP

Magic allow 43.33 FP

Knicks allow 42.70 FP

James Harden- This might be an obvious choice but like I said last time, I had a feeling he would dominate the Timberwolves and he did just that by getting a triple-double. I have a really good feeling again tonight as the Clippers have a hard time stopping aggressive-offensive players and Harden could go off for a double-double tonight.

Khris Middleton- He draws a great matchup tonight against the 76ers. He’s averaging 27 minutes a game and has either hit that mark or gone above that in his last 16 straight games. The 76ers struggle against SGs by allowing a season average of 41.8 FP to the position.

Other SG Plays: Courtney Lee, Victor Oladipo, Monta Ellis, Kevin Martin, Eric Bledsoe

Teams To Target SGs Against:

Kings allow 40.54 FP

76ers allow 39.85 FP

Nuggets allow 38.58 FP

Nets allow 38.45 FP

Timberwolves allow 38.32 FP

Gordon Hayward- He faces the horrible Lakers tonight at home and has the best matchup of all Small Forwards. He is facing a Lakers team that is one of the worst all-time and they are giving up 43.2 FP to Small Forwards. He’s coming off one of his least-productive games in recent history so he’s primed for a bounce-back game.

Rudy Gay- I like him tonight against the Grizz. He’s averaging 34.8 minutes per game to go along with 33.4 FPPG while the Grizzlies are giving up an average of 39.8 FP to SF. This could be a spot we see him reach 40 FP tonight.

Other SF Plays: Andrew Wiggins, Luol Deng, Trevor Ariza, Tim Hardaway Jr.

Teams To Target SFs Against:

Timberwolves allow 37.36 FP

Magic allow 37.10 FP

Suns allow 37.02 FP

Clippers allow 36.87 FP

Nuggets allow 36.46 FP

Pau Gasol- He’s my favorite play of the night since D-Rose is out for the season yet again. Gasol beasts it up when Rose is out and now he has a premiere matchup against an awful Charlotte team. They are giving up an average of 51.7 PF to Power Forwards and Pau should dominate tonight.

Markieff Morris- He also has a premiere matchup against a team (Denver) who just gave up and are pathetic against PFs by allowing 50.7 FP average to the position.

Other PF Plays: Zach Randolph, John Henson, Nene Hilario, Brandon Bass

Teams To Target PF Against:

76ers allow 45.31 FP

Nuggets allow 45.26 FP

Timberwolves allow 44.38 FP

Celtics allow 43.79 FP

Nets allow 43.53 FP

Rudy Gobert- I will have Gobert in a ton of lineups tonight as he’s my favorite play at Center. He is facing the Lakers who have nobody that can stop him and he doesn’t just rely solely on scoring for his FP. He could be in store for a tremendous game tonight.

Marc Gasol- He has a great matchup against Sacramento who gives up an average of 54.8 FP to Centers. He could get Cousins in foul trouble early which could pave the way to a FP outburst out of Gasol.

Other C Plays: Omer Asik, Marcin Gortat, Zaza Pachulia, Alex Len

Teams To Target Cs Against:

76ers allow 49.63 FP

Timberwolves allow 48.42 FP

Kings allow 48.16 FP

Magic allow 47.69 FP

Nuggets allow 47.10 FP
