Fantasy Football LOVE/HATE Week 14 by @JDLaw6

Week 14

    Josh Freeman vs. Eagles
The Philadelphia Eagles have the 31st ranked pass defense against opposing fantasy quarterbacks, giving up an average of 21.6 points per game. Expect a big day from Freeman. The Eagles secondary have already mailed it in this season.
   Andrew Luck vs. Titans
Even though Luck only had 15pts in the first meeting agains the titans, his second meeting will be at home. Not to mention the titans D gave up 16 points to Chad Henne two weeks ago and Luck is a much better QB than Henne.
    Cam Newton vs. Falcons
Shame on all of those who doubted Cam after weeks of 7, 15, & 11 points. (I know I did). In his last two weeks, he has totaled 65 points and scored 30 the last time he faced the Falcons.
    Matthew Stafford vs. Packers
Stafford is obviously going to get the yards since he throws the ball around 50 times every game. In his last meeting against the Packers, he only totaled 9 fantasy points.
    Colin Kapernick vs. Dolphins
The more film teams get on Kapernick, the less he is producing. The rushing yards saved him last week but don’t expect that against the Dolphins this week. The Dolphins only allowed 11 points to the great Tom Brady in week 13.
    Joe Flacco vs. Redskins
Flacco doesn’t play well on the road and the Redskins defense seems to be rallying around RGIII, only giving up 22 points in their last two home games.
    Jake Locker vs. Colts
The Colts defense is giving up an average of 19 points per game to opposing QBs. There will probably be a lot of garbage time scoring in this game for Locker.

    Shon Green vs. Jagars
The Jags have the 28th ranked run defense vs opposing running backs. Plus the Jets should try and keep the ball out of Sanchez’s hands as much as possible.
    DeMarco Murray vs. Bengals
Murray was shaking off the injury cobwebs in his first week back last week. If he gets the touches he can do even better and easily run all over Cincinnati.
    Knoshon Moreno vs. Raiders
The raiders have one of the worst defenses in the NFL. If Moreno gets the 20 touches he has been getting the last two weeks, expect a big game from him.
    Reggie Bush vs. 49ers
Any running back facing this San Fransisco defense will be on my hate list every week. This week its Bush, next week Steven Ridley. Stephen Jackson had 10 points against the 49ers last week but 6 of those points were in the receiving department.
    Steven Ridley vs. Texans
He proved me wrong last week with 71 yards and a touchdown. You can throw on the texans but you cant run on them. They are #2 against the run in the NFL.
    Bilal Powell vs. Jaguars
See Shon Green.

    Vincent Jackson vs. Eagles
Jackson is a big physical receiver going up against a soft secondary.
    Pierre Garcon vs. Ravens
Garcon is RGIIIs #1 receiver and has 17 targets in the last two weeks to go along with 192 yards and two touchdowns.
    Roddy White vs. Panthers
White loves playing against the Panthers. In week 4, he had 8 catches, 169 yards, and two touchdowns. I wouldn’t expect those numbers again but he should have another solid day.
    Miles Austin vs. Bengals
Dez Bryant has become the #1 receiver in Dallas. Combining that with the many throws that go Wittens way and DeMarco Murray’s return, there aren’t enough footballs to go around.
    Denarious Moore vs. Broncos
If Vincent Jackson could only haul in three catches for 55 yards , don’t expect much from Moore this week lining up against Champ Bailey.
   T.Y. Hilton vs. Titans
Over his last three weeks, Hilton has totaled 233 yards and 3 touchdowns. When teams focus on shutting down Reggie Wayne, Hilton is next in line.

    Brandon Myers vs. Broncos
Myers has 222 yards and 3 touchdowns in the last three weeks. The Broncos are the worst team in the NFL against the T.E.
    Greg Olson vs. Falcons
With Brandon Lafell ailing from turf toe, Olson should see a bump in targets. He had a good day in the first meeting, totaling 89 yards and a touchdown.
Vernon Davis vs. It Doesn’t Even Matter
I think he is drop-able in standard leagues. I haven’t seen a player with his talent fall so far so fast.
    Brandon Pettigrew vs. Packers
I had him in my Love last week and he came threw but this week he faces the Packers where he only had 22 yards on 4 catches in the last meeting. The Packers have only given up 4 touchdowns to opposing tight ends all year.
    Jermichael Finley vs. Lions
I feel dirty putting him here but he has had over 50 yards every week since their bye and had 66 yards and a score in week 11 against the Lions.

    Cleveland vs. Chiefs
Their defense has played much better of late plus they are playing the chiefs. I would expect a let down this week off of an emotional win amidst tragedy in the chiefs locker-room.

     Houston vs. Patriots
Defenses are averaging negative 1.3 points vs. the Pats offense this year and four times have had negative 6 points are less. Bench them this week.
Jacksonville vs. Jets:
Mark Sanchez is a disaster and his confidence is shot. The Jags defense is pretty bad but as bad as they Jets offense is, they could get you a few points and maybe a pick-6.
